You can ask us to permanently delete your Egalia account and all the personal data attached to it. Here’s exactly how the process works.
1. How to request deletion
Send your request by email, from the address linked to your Egalia account:
- To: contact@dddigital.fr
- From: the email address you use to sign in to Egalia
- Subject: must include the word “Egalia” — for example, “Egalia – Account deletion request” — so our team can route it straight away
2. What happens next
We take deletion requests seriously. Once we’ve confirmed the request comes from your own account email, we permanently erase your profile, your saved content, and any other personal data we hold about you — no partial deletions, and no copies kept beyond what the law requires us to retain. Your data will be deleted within one week, and we’ll send you a confirmation email once it’s done. If anything is unclear, or you just want to check in on your request, reply to that same email thread and someone from the DD DIGITAL team will get back to you.
